The body is an amazing and intelligent design and is constantly under bombardment from pollen, pet dander, dust, bacteria, and viruses. When there are different stresses on your nerve system, your body only has a certain level of stress that it can handle, similar to a glass being filled with water. Once this glass fills to the top with water or stress, everything spills out! The same is true, if your body has too much stress, then it cannot act to the everyday allergens (the peanut, shellfish and the pollen) and an allergic reaction occurs - runny nose, itchy eyes, puffy lips/face, sneezing, etc.
Chiropractic does not treat the allergies, or the symptoms of those allergies, merely it takes the pressure from your glass, which is full of water or stress (subluxation), and makes it adapt better to these everyday stresses!
